A look at the motion of a spinning disk on a smooth surface. Notice that the disk does not slip during its motion.
Press the end of a short tube with your finger and then let it slip out. The tube will “wobble” with a stroboscopic rotation.
Spin on side with mark to obtain strobing effect.
