2A10.50 Bubbles Blowing Bubbles

Blow bubbles of different sizes on a “T” tube. The smaller one will blow up the larger one.

A glass pipette has been designed with a "Y" intersection: a short length of glass pipe ends at an intersection with two short lengths of pipe that are bent symmetrically away from the axis of the original pipe. Two lengths of flexible tube are attached to the ends of these two angled pipe segments. A dish of soapy water waits nearby.
