1M40.50 Big Yo-Yo

A disc is hung from bifilar threads wrapped around a small axle.

The photo shows a small, solid brass disc with a thick outer rim and a long axle. White string is wound around both sides of the axle.

The solid brass disc with the thick rim is hanging from two pieces of string, one wound on each side of the long axle. The other end of both strings is held by a hand in a pose reminiscent of a falling yo-yo.
