Cooling causes vapor to condense, raising the center of gravity until the bird tips, lowering the center of gravity.
Note: when humidity is high the demo works poorly. Substitute ethanol for water for better results. If using ethanol don’t use the birds with red flocking as the ethanol make the flocking come off.
