Fill a tube with a few inches of rice, and push down on the top of the rice with a rod.

A plastic cylindrical bottle full of rice is photographed next to a long screwdriver. A long screwdriver has been plunged into a cylindrical bottle of rice. Then the screwdriver was lifted into mid-air, taking the bottle with it. In the photograph, the screwdriver is held up by a hand so that the bottle is hanging in mid-air.
